Terms & Conditions of Service
- All work is carried out by trained engineers to industry standards. - Written quotes are
provided prior to work, except in emergency call-outs where call-out rates apply. -
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. - We are not liable for
pre-existing faults or damages outside our control. - Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice
(non-emergencies).
Health & Safety Policy
R. Harvey Drainage is committed to providing a safe working environment. We comply
with all relevant Health & Safety Executive (HSE) regulations. Our Safe Systems of Work
are accredited through PQS (SSIP Certificate: SP420011631). Employees are trained in
drainage safety procedures and provided with appropriate PPE.
Environmental Policy
We are committed to minimising environmental impact. Waste materials are disposed of
using licensed facilities. We reduce water and chemical usage where possible and work to
prevent pollution in all operations.
Quality Assurance Policy
R. Harvey Drainage guarantees high-quality service standards. As members of the
National Association of Drainage Contractors (Membership no. 0698) and EUSR
registered (No. 599522), we commit to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Complaints Policy
We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. Complaints will be acknowledged within 2
working days and responded to within 10 working days. Escalation procedures will be
explained if resolution cannot be reached.

R. Harvey Drainage maintains the following insurance cover (policy no. 9662560, valid 18

Emergency Call-Out Policy
We operate a 24/7 emergency call-out service. Response times may vary depending on
demand and location. Call-out charges will be explained clearly before attendance. Our
priority is customer safety and fast resolution of urgent drainage issues.
Modern Slavery & Anti-Bribery Statement
R. Harvey Drainage is committed to preventing modern slavery and bribery in all its forms.
We do not tolerate forced labour, human trafficking, or corruption. We expect all suppliers
and contractors to uphold these same values.
Safeguarding & Lone Working Policy
Our engineers may work in homes, schools, or environments with vulnerable people. All
staff are trained in safeguarding awareness. Lone working procedures are in place to
protect both staff and customers.
